The Circle is a programme designed to help your transition into your new homeland of New Zealand and enable you to focus on pursuing your personal dreams and aspirations for the future. Our programme has been created by experts as a response to the needs of women from migrant and refugee backgrounds.
The Circle will help you to:
- Improve your IT & English skills for work (or getting a job)
- Reconnect to your authentic self and nourish your soul
- Adopt a healthy diet and learn some new recipes
- Stay physically active
Our timetable is scheduled conveniently during the day, prices start from just $5 per session, and our comfortable facilities will soon become your home away from home.

WORKPLACE COMMUNICATION SKILLS
The Workplace communication course is a 25-hour programme designed to improve participant’s IT skills, English language proficiency, and knowledge of New Zealand workplace culture. The programme meets individual learning needs to help increase confidence and expertise. Read more.
HEALTHY EATING HABITS
This course has been designed for people who want to improve their and their family’s health by learning more about nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. Join the course to learn what a healthy plate looks like and the basics of nutrition. Each week you will get a delicious food tasting plus a booklet with the recipes, tips and information we talk about in each session. Read more.


LIFE COACHING
The awakening is realizing and understanding the different parts of your true self and how to reconnect to them. Through this you will be able to better live and enjoy life to create your best possible expression in the world. Read more.
FITNESS CLASSES
Our fitness class is a mix of exciting lower and upper body exercises. The workouts include cardio and muscle-strengthening exercises. The aim is to strengthen muscles which usually get weaker with age and the motherhood experience. Our class has been designed to suit both beginners as well as more advanced women.
