He is passionate about creating inclusive, student-focused educational services that support successful transitions into new learning environments and help every student thrive, both academically and personally.

Ben Gresham

Professional Development Manager

Ben brings a strong background in diversity, inclusion, and education to his role at Flourish. He previously served as Diversity Manager at Hagley College and later as a Senior Advisor for Community Partnerships at the Ministry of Education. Ben is committed to building meaningful, collaborative relationships that support equitable access to professional learning and student success.

Sara Mousa

Operations Manager

Sara is dynamic, fun and student-oriented and will most probably be the first friendly face to see when you start your journey in New Zealand. She will put you on the right track, link you with the right people and organises of your application process, so you can just focus on getting ready for the adventure of studying in New Zealand.

Moyra Sweetnam

Lead Instructor

Moyra is an experienced educator with a lifelong passion for language and learning. She has taught English, linguistics, and academic skills for over 25 years in universities and language schools in South Africa and New Zealand. At Flourish, she brings deep knowledge, warm guidance, and a love for supporting people from diverse backgrounds through the Job Seeker Course.

Diana Taylor

Licenced Immigration Advisor

Diana is a licensed Immigration Advisor with a legal background and a Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice. Since 2017, she has supported individuals with visa applications and immigration planning. Diana brings professionalism, care, and a strong understanding of immigration processes—always putting clients’ best interests first to ensure a smooth transition to New Zealand.

Asmaa Kordia

Office Manager

Asmaa is responsible for keeping the Flourish office running smoothly, efficiently, and with students always in mind. She ensures our records are accurate, our data is secure, and that information is easily accessible to the team. Asmaa plays a key role in welcoming new students—offering a warm, organised, and supportive environment from the moment they arrive.

Brenna Turnbull

Instructor

Brenna is a teacher in the KASP programme at Flourish and a qualified Speech-Language Therapist with experience in special education. Originally from Timaru and now based in Christchurch, she brings a calm, caring presence to her work with students. Outside the classroom, Brenna enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, swimming, and coaching gymnastics at Affinity Gymnastics in Rolleston.

Azeez Shireen

Instructor

Azeez is a passionate and experienced kaiako in the KASP programme at Flourish, with nearly 20 years of teaching experience across Delhi and Aotearoa New Zealand. She holds a Master’s degree in Science and Bachelor’s degrees in both Science and Education. Azeez is a multilingual, culturally responsive educator who builds strong, respectful relationships with tamariki and whānau. Her teaching is rooted in connection, creativity, and inclusion—encouraging every learner to explore, grow, and feel empowered in the classroom.
