Programme Overview
Career Leap is a skills-based employment programme designed to support members of migrant and refugee communities in Canterbury who are ready to enter or re-enter the workforce.
Developed in partnership with the Ministry of Social Development (MSD), the programme provides personalised training, job readiness support, and ongoing mentorship β all in a culturally safe and empowering environment.
Our goal is to help participants gain the skills and confidence they need to find meaningful, sustainable employment.
